A Virtual Open House is a live, online showing of a property that is new on the market.

By showing this online, we can ensure everyone has an equal chance to see the property as early as possible.

It also allows you to ask any questions and see the whole of the property from the comfort of your sofa, meaning you only need to arrange a physical viewing if you are seriously interested.

After you register for the Open House, you will be sent an email to confirm your booking. Then about 30 minutes before the Open House is due to start, you will recieve a joining link.

Click the link in this email and it will open up a web-page for the Open House.

No. You will only be able to see the Estate Agent.

The other viewers will not be able to see you either, so dont worry if its a bad hair day!

Yes. In the Open House, you will be able to ask question and our Agent will be able to answer them live for you.

You can either type your questions into the chat which is on the right hand side, or, you can use the voice chat and verbally ask your questions.

After the Open House, we will sned you a follow up email.
